Terms of Service for Sat DB

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the services provided by Sat DB ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
2. Accounts
2.1. Account Creation
To access the features of Sat DB, you must register for an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, including any use by minors under your supervision. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2.3. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or applicable laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, including all practice tests, questions, explanations, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Sat DB and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. All use of third-party trademarks (e.g., SAT®) is for educational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, including any applicable data protection laws.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail" or "spam."
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Sat DB, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service.
- To copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the service without our express written permission.
- To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
5. User Conduct and Educational Use
The service is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree to use the service responsibly and in a manner that complies with academic integrity standards. Cheating or unauthorized sharing of test content is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content or materials included therein, including but not limited to accuracy or suitability for SAT preparation. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sat DB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed USD 100.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect by posting on the service and emailing registered users. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
